You are:

We are looking for someone who likes to take initiative and enjoys overview and structure. You are a real go-getter: flexible, solution-oriented, and not afraid to take responsibility. You enjoy working with others, but you are also capable of working independently. You feel like the center of web and know exactly what is going on around you.

You have:

  • Full-time availability;

  • Stress resistance and strong communication skills;

  • A proactive, results-oriented attitude and an eye for detail;

  • Excellent command of Dutch, English, and French, both spoken and written.

Your main responsibilities:

In this role, you will ensure the correct entry of orders for our customers in Belgium and act as the connecting factor between our logistics department in Dordrecht (NL) and the team in Belgium. You will support our sales staff in their commercial activities and closely follow up on outstanding orders, from order to delivery. Thanks to you, everything will run smoothly.

  • Entering orders and maintaining internal contact regarding the processing of these orders;

  • Maintaining contact with customers and suppliers regarding quotations and orders;

  • Administrative tasks.
