Your main responsibilities
You will be responsible for entering orders, preparing quotes, filing, and handling incoming calls in coordination with the company’s sales representative and clients.
Verify the terms and conditions for fulfilling an order.
Transmit technical and sales data.
Answering phone calls.
Conducting technical and commercial analyses.
Tracking customer and supplier files.
Providing information to customers.
Office software.
Writing standards.
Preparing quotes.
