Order Management Employee

In this role, you will work closely with various internal departments and ensure that material- and order-related documentation is complete, accurate and compliant with applicable standards. After a thorough onboarding, you will independently take on a wide range of responsibilities in a stable and future-oriented company.
You are:
Proactive and have a hands-on mentality. In addition, you are not afraid to take on work if it means you can support your colleagues. You enjoy being part of a dynamic team and are able to work under pressure. You work accurately and are able to maintain an overview.
You have:
Completed vocational training in a commercial field or a comparable qualification
or relevant professional experience in a commercial environmentWillingness to support the department flexibly through your work
Technical understanding and interest in materials
Reliable, careful and independent working style
Strong organizational skills, commitment, teamwork, resilience and openness
Confident handling of common MS Office applications
Good command of German; English skills are desirable
Experience in the metal, stainless steel or industrial environment is an advantage (but not required)
Your main responsibilities:
Creating, reviewing and managing material- and order-related documentation
Compiling mill test certificates, processing certificates, inspection certificates and other certificates
Ensuring the completeness and compliance of all documentation with applicable standards
Handling customer inquiries related to material certificates and quality documentation
Maintaining digital documentation systems and ERP systems
Cooperating with colleagues from various departments (sales, purchasing, warehouse, suppliers)
