Order Management Employee

Within the Order Management department, you and your colleagues are the point of contact for our internal goods flow. As an order management employee, you have logistics experience and ensure that all orders are processed correctly. In addition, you ensure that our internal goods flow is as efficient as possible. You are not afraid to implement improvements where possible and you manage (or adjust) performance. After a short and targeted training program, you will quickly acquire the necessary know-how and get to work within our great team.

You are:

Proactive and have a hands-on mentality. In addition, you are not afraid to take on work if it means you can support your colleagues. You enjoy being part of a dynamic team and are able to work under pressure. You work accurately and are able to maintain an overview.

You have:

  • MBO+ working and thinking level;

  • Good communication skills and command of the Dutch and English languages;

  • Problem-solving skills;

  • Microsoft Office (advanced);

  • Work order system (ERP and WMS);

  • Experience in logistics processes.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the order process from receipt to delivery;

  • Setting priorities for conflicting tasks (urgent orders, project orders, stock differences, deviations);

  • Guiding the team in their daily work when the team leader is absent;

  • Identifying and resolving logistical issues (project-based orders, internal order problems, returns related to stock/orders, and point of contact for sales);

  • Communicating with other departments (purchasing, sales, warehouse, and logistics);

  • Various administrative tasks.
