Your main responsibilities
Quality System Management
Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS).
Maintain and enhance ISO 9001 certifications.
Implement ISO 19443 for our Nuclear Department.
Prepare for and support internal and external audits.
Manage quality documentation (procedures, operating instructions, records).
Monitoring quality indicators and proposing improvement plans.
QHSE & Compliance
Implementing the company’s QHSE policy.
Identifying and monitoring risks (quality, safety, environment).
Implementing and monitoring corrective and preventive actions.
Ensuring regulatory compliance.
CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)
Structure and lead the CSR initiative.
Establish indicators and concrete actions.
Raise team awareness of CSR issues.
Facilitation & support.
Train and raise team awareness of quality requirements.
Support departments in process improvement.
Facilitate quality meetings.

Your profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality/QHSE
Proven experience in quality management systems
Proficiency in ISO 9001 standards (ISO 19443 is a plus)
