Your main responsibilities

Quality System Management

  • Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS).

  • Maintain and enhance ISO 9001 certifications.

  • Implement ISO 19443 for our Nuclear Department.

  • Prepare for and support internal and external audits.

  • Manage quality documentation (procedures, operating instructions, records).

  • Monitoring quality indicators and proposing improvement plans.

QHSE & Compliance

  • Implementing the company’s QHSE policy.

  • Identifying and monitoring risks (quality, safety, environment).

  • Implementing and monitoring corrective and preventive actions.

  • Ensuring regulatory compliance.

CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)

  • Structure and lead the CSR initiative.

  • Establish indicators and concrete actions.

  • Raise team awareness of CSR issues.

  • Facilitation & support.

  • Train and raise team awareness of quality requirements.

  • Support departments in process improvement.

  • Facilitate quality meetings.

Your profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality/QHSE

Proven experience in quality management systems

Proficiency in ISO 9001 standards (ISO 19443 is a plus)

Autonomy, rigor, and initiative
