Financial Employee
Your job as a Financial Assistant.
At Arcus, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of financial tasks. You will be part of a large and experienced Finance Team, where you will have plenty of room to learn and expand your range of tasks.
In this position, you and three colleagues will ensure that Arcus' financial administration is reliable, clear, and up to date. You will look beyond the administration itself and consider what your work means for colleagues throughout the organization. You will identify opportunities for process improvement and support the Finance Team Lead where possible.
What you will be doing
Transactions and payments
You will record, process, and check financial transactions and ensure timely payments.
Accounts payable
You will ensure reliable accounts payable administration.
Invoicing and ERP management
You will draw up invoices and credit notes and manage data and processes in the ERP system.
Month-end closing
You will assist with the month-end closing.
Checks & support
You will carry out checks and support the Finance Team Lead in various projects and optimizations.
What you bring
You have completed a degree in Finance;
You are reliable and work meticulously. You immediately notice when data is missing or incorrect;
You are curious and ask questions because you want to understand how processes work.
