Documentation Department Employee (M/F/D)

Then join our team in Weilerswist and support our Documentation Department. In this role, you’ll help ensure that all material- and order-related documents meet customer requirements and applicable standards, reliably, precisely, and on time.

You are:

A careful and reliable team player who enjoys working independently and stays organized even when things get busy. You like structured tasks, take responsibility for your work, and communicate confidently with colleagues across departments and with external partners.

You have:

  • Completed vocational training in the commercial sector or a comparable qualification (or relevant professional experience);

  • A structured, precise and detail-oriented way of working;

  • A technical understanding and interest in materials and documentation processes;

  • Strong organizational skills, commitment, resilience, and team spirit;

  • Confident MS Office skills;

  • Very good German skills; English is a plus;

  • Experience in the metal, stainless steel, or industrial sector (an advantage, but not required).

Your main responsibilities:

  • Create, review, and manage material- and order-related documentation;

  • Compile factory certificates and process certificates, test certificates and other quality documents;

  • Ensure the completeness and standard compliance of all required documentation;

  • Support customer inquiries related to material certificates and quality documents;

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues from sales, purchasing, warehouse, and suppliers;

  • Maintain and manage documentation in digital systems and ERP environments.
